Refund policy

At Cozy Affluence, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, chunky knit blankets, pillows, accessories and room sprays, cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Cozy Affluence within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at getcozy@cozyaffluence.com for further details. 

Refunds cannot be made for special/custom orders or private labels. Make sure that you approved all special/custom orders and private labels on the web before they are shipped out.
