Shipping policy

Please allow us up to two (2) weeks to process and ship your order(s) as our items are hand-crafted with love and care. Once your item(s) are ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number. After you receive your number, your item will ship within 1-2 business days.  Items will not ship on the weekends or major holidays. Please allow extra processing time for the holidays and during major sales.

At this time we are not expediting any orders (Priority Overnight, Next Day, 2 Day Shipping).  Once your order ships, it can take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery location. Please allow extra time for orders to reach Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping days/times are not guaranteed.  Once your package leaves our facility it is out of our hands.  Please make sure that your mailing address is correct when you are typing it in. Double check before you place your order.

The carrier will give you an estimated day that your package will arrive.  If it doesn't arrive on the specified day, please wait a few more days.  Sometimes packages get lost or are delivered to the wrong address.  If you still haven't received your package then contact the carrier.
